It's getting close

I know you're sick of the ads, and so am I, but that's no reason not to exercise your right to vote, people. I won't say that it doesn't matter who you vote for as long as you vote, since you can tell where my loyalties lie by looking at the sidebar. I tell you, I've worn out my thumb clicking the "mute" button on the remote these last days. It's amusing the first time when the attack ads for two opposing candidates run back to back, but it gets pretty darn annoying when it happens over and over in the space of a couple of hours. How much money are these people spending on this crap, anyway? We could feed a few million homeless people and skip an ad or two, in my opinion.

Anyway, since we live in a democratic society and have the opportunity, I sincerely hope you take advantage of it. I'm ready for a change, are you?

I'm sick of the barrage of negative local campaign ads. Yes, I vote for a change.

I'm more than ready for a change and I can't wait to see it happen. I'm sitting on pins and needles. Listen for a little yell from my side of the fence when the polls close!
